- Do you provide graphic design or custom layout for things like resumes and online copy?
- We are happy to help you present clear, accurate and professional documents that reflect your skills and attributes, but we deal with text only. Graphics and layout must be provided by you.
- Once I’ve received my documents back, can I still contact you with questions?
- We provide a one-week window in which to ask questions and get clarification. Should you require additional time, it may be purchased separately, either on an hourly basis, or by means of a contract agreement for the entire project.
- Do you publish work, or do you have connections with publishers?
- Although we are happy to evaluate your work and give feedback regarding industry standards, we do not provide agency or publishing services. However, our writer’s resource package does provide information on how to seek out this type of service.
- How do I pay for these services?
- Once you’ve decided which of our services best suits you, simply use our convenient and secure online payment service, and work on your project will begin immediately.
- How do I send you my documents? How do I get them back?
- Documents may be uploaded and sent to us via our secure website, after you've registered and sent payment. Alternately, material may be sent via email as a Word attachment, or by fax.
- How long do I have to wait before I get my work back?
- Turnaround time depends greatly on the length and complexity of your documents. More involved projects will obviously require more time. However, smaller documents, such as a resume or cover letter, can often be completed in just a few days. For those with strict deadlines, rush service is also available for an additional fee.
